Crashes when learning the Sight Blaster for the Wizard

Everytime I talk to the cat to learn the Sight Blaster platinum skill for the wizard my ragnarok crashes and stops working. Can anyone find out why this is happening? My ragnarok files are up to date as well.

I may have found the problem. I went to the wizard skills and for some reason my ragnarok crashes during specialeffect2 EF_SUI_EXPLOSION;

It wad a bug with diffing quake skill effect disable on 2013 client
