its a sprite error....If you get it just on loggin in your account ..it means u need to update your ragray/kro/sakray/miruku
 

If you are getting this error just on starting client...either your client is not properly diffed....or you don't have proper files in grf like texture files for skin

if not download any client and diff via shin's diff patcher ....which is given by Anakid above
