Is there any script or sql Like his?
For Example

Once the Player or gm Type gm command lower than 99
for example player or gm commands or using  mapexit Command
they automatically send a confirmation to owner or server b4 totally mapexit
??

For example

Player commands
@mapexit   t

Then automatically send a confirmation to owner

Admin Player ( name ) Using @mapexit did you want to continue
their commands ? Yes or NO ?
if yes . mapexit of player command will work
if no mapexite player command will NOT work ??

need it ASAP.. ?
