Scaling Warper

i would like to change my warper script into a unlocker dungeon warper, i mean:

only the 1st lvl of dungeon will be avaliable, till you reach by yourself the next level of the dungeon, then in the warper npc u will have with THAT character the level unlocked, i saw it in a server i played years ago...

have, towns, dungeon, and lastwarp features, only lvl 1 of dungeons are accessible.
