A lot of players couldn't gain cash points after they have voted. But it's working for the others..
additional info: when i started my server, i registered through sql, i inserted in the table. But after our control panel released, when u register there the account ID started at 3000000.. i was thinking if it's related to the bug.. because im having a problem too in guild emblem..
