Char-Serv crashes when char logs in.

I have had this issue, and i am sure this is my ip configurations that have become the problem, I have tweaked then several times, trying to resolve an issue I am having, with the char serv disconnectiong.. below is my server conf's, would anyone please help me straighten this mess out.

 

char_athena.conf

login_ip: 127.0.0.1

Once I log into the server, It loads mail, and then crashes.

Here are the screen shots.. I get no errors before i Log in, After I log in map-serv begins to error due to the lost connection with the char-serv. Please help!
