How to use Ai4Rei's WDGTranslateClient weediffgen plugin?

Hi everyone.. So I downloaded Ai4Rei's WDGTranslateClient weediffgen plugin.. I placed it in ShinsDiffPatcher/plugins/WeeDiffGen/
Along with the WDGTranslateClient.txt.. But when I try diffing my client.. Translate Client wouldn't appear.. Instead, Translate Client to English appears, which is a built in dll from Shinryo..

I'm using 2012-04-10a RagexeRE client..

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
