Question about Client Files

I'm going to make my client available to people who want to play on my server.

Everything is set up fairly well, except I feel like there may be a handful of unnecessary files in the folder at this point.

I'm not sure what's crucial for the game to run, but to alleviate some of the burden to my bandwidth, anything I could safely remove would be great.

Second question:

 

For the BGM folder, is there any way to protect the contents of the folder?

Really don't want to release this client with a bunch of extra/unnecessary files in it.
Just not sure what out of the list is required and what isn't.
