Please Make to Actor Files

Hi, anyone can make me "Actor" files. I DL the Actor application in RMS but when i Click some application inside the folder it show "Drivers components mis-mach. Exit is the Options". I desperate to make actor files for this custom item. Please make me or teach me how to do it. Here my files.

It doesn't work. "Illegal format .act files", check and test it this all my files. Sorry for spending time, just desperate need it. Thanks again. ^^
