Please.help cannot log in to my server

I did everything right I followed instrustions.and.videos I did everything like.they did and showed. I loggin in to my server and.it says cant loggin .... I deleted the data.ini ot had and replace one I did in notepad do o meed both??? Can someone please help me ty

I did everything right when I click on server everything logs in but failed to login server after I put gm username and pw please helppp

Just says fail to login after I sign in.... Do I need a open port or static ip address threw my local isp or something I am usin att uverse internet ...

Please, post log-server and char-server screenshots. It is not easy to tell which problem is happening with the actual given information.
