Hi, I'm currently working with a cousin of mine to create a server but there's just one problem. I had to leave his house and now I can't help script the server because well, I'm not there. How would I be able to script the server on his computer from my laptop? What files would he need to send me or what do I need to do? Big thanks in advance.

Here are 2 ways:

  1. He could give you remote access to the computer (ex: Remote Desktop, TeamViewer, Chrome Remote Desktop app, etc.)
  2. You could setup a server on your computer, write and test the scripts there, then send the files to him.

Okay thanks....I just thought there was a way for me to like log onto some program and have him constantly updated with the newest script. Are those the only two ways?

There are programs that can sync folders on 2 computers across the internet (DropBox, Google Drive, Windows Live Sync, and I'm sure there are more).
