There seems to be a problem that i can't find a solution to.
So lemmie give you the run down.
I play a High Rate server and I can spam amazingly on it with 50 ping on champion. It's a ping based server, not based on kiel cards.
So on my server, i would like to make the spamming similar, so i removed all skill delays. Yet for some reason, with 38 ping, my spam is fast, but in the other server its almost twice as fast IF IT 3 TIMES FASTER. I have no idea what it is and if anyone could help I would really enjoy it
BTW another example would be Double Strafe.
In my server, with 38 ping, no delay, 400 allstats it spams as the follow
