I'd like to mes the `name` of the invoking `character_id` from `global_reg_value` so the only way to get the `name` is to join the table or comparing the `char_id` of both `global_reg_value` and `char`or if there's another way it will be much better.
The purpose of this is to display the top 5 PVP players on npc.

Character Name - Kills
name1 - 25 kills
name2 - 2 kills
etc....
