[Ayuda] Configurar enlace proxy en RagRE

Bueno el detalle esta en que tengo internet gracias a un Backquery de enlace, y me gustaria como configurar mi cliente para k funcione sin problemas el proxy es local y los programas se encargan de redireccionar a internet:

Mi proxy local es 127.0.0.1 Puerto:9666

y el programa se encarga de enlasarlo a la red.

¿Como configuraria mi Clientinfo.xml?

Si alguna otra cosa me falta corriganme soi nuevo en ello.
