Simple. http://rathena.org/wiki/NeonCube#Making_a_.RAR_patch So just make a .rar archive containing a folder Named BGM, place your .mp3's in the BGM folder inside the .rar. What screenshot? Download the RAR, open it, put your mp3s in the BGM Folder inside that RAR, and then Patch your client according to the Guide in the link ive posted above.
