Fixing Failed to Authenticate

Whenever I log it always says Failed to Authenticate (5011) / Rejected to server (30) and it's in korean(?) language I think.

Clientversion > 2011-07-13

mmo.h > #define packetver 20110713

packet_db > 30

What do I lack? o.O

try changing your packet db into

packet_db_ver: default

And make sure you recompile your server

Still the same JRZ. I tried changing my packet_db_ver to default and recompiled.

Btw, I'm not using a .grf file. I'm just using a data folder.

is subnet_athena.conf or clientinfo.xml pointing to ur server? i have this problem before but after i change those files then everything are running.

@mrwbsn. My subnet_athena.conf and clientinfo.xml is fine. I think failed to authenticate leads to reading .grf files.

Update:

I just made my server on .grf mode. Client cannot read data folder, even if your .dll has 'read data folder before .grf'
