anybody knows how to make a rental items?

ex. i have a custom set (upper, lower, middle headgear) and i want it to be rent

1coin = upper

1coin = lower

1coin = mid.

and it will be expire on 3 days.

can anybody help me how to do this?

step by step if possible..
