hi, need help on my gold room script...

I want it to put a 2 hrs interval before a player can enter again on the gold room but I don't know how...

and I'm having problems each time I got a lot of gold points, I can't exchange it cause I'm overweight... /wah

please help how to put an interval, and how can I choose how many point should I exchange for gold so that I will not be overweight but my gold points that not been exchange yet are still intact... :(
