Hi I'm a newbie and I'm searching for a Thor patcher set-up tutorial, I don't have a webserver atm but I can connect it offline right? just to test it out. please help me understand the important flies needed to be configure to connect with offline and online.

This tutorial is incomplete I can't understand it.

You can connect it offline, but a loopback setting or a web server is still needed. Please reply to previous post instead writing new thread.
