Gravity Error when equipped an item

when i add a custom item on RO it seems that every headgear that i wear have gravity errors when i view my items.. how can i fix it?

problem solved but i have a new problem. it seems that my skills is not english any more and my custom items still cant be viewed.

and the name of my lua file folder is "lua%20files" is this ok? cause when every time i rename it it seems that any head gear that i wear will have a gravity error but when it is "lua%20files" it doesnt have a gravity error.. but it still cant view the custom items that i add.. any one care to help? thx..
