Help with my Client and Some Db stuff

ok ok heres my problem with client.

the only client which is perfectly working for me is 2011-03-15. and whenever i try using a newer client such as 2011-11-22 and 2012 clients this happens

when using shin's Diff

then if i did skip packet header obfuscation, the problem now is the screen resol and there are some korean stuff

now about the not so client stuff.

i did some stuff on con/battle/skill.conf

so how do i really fix the casting to instant cast on 150dex or 200dex on all skills and dangerous/zen by champion

and how to update my lua files or lub stuff.

PS: i know this is one of those redundant dying threads and i did what i can to post one thread with all my questions and problems.
