Classic Server?

Hello everyone.

First let me apologize if this topic has already been answered somewhere.

I did a search and it only shows me how to disable the renewal settings.

I'm new to this, so please don't be too hard on me xD.

My server is running without problems and my client is working too.

Now I want to configure my server to make it a classic server, meaning no 3rd jobs, old mechanics, no mount system,old monster / item stats and so on.

Where can I change those things?
