Hexed error/closing

I'm having a problem that I never had before.

My hexed is crashing when I try to read some item descriptions.

It's not an ordered list, just some of them...

I also get this error when I try to read the descriptions from beginning items.

I tried other clients, and used official and updated descriptions (txts)

Do someone knows what is this about? If so, how did you fixed?
