how to set like welcome to my RO or some message about drop rate those??? anyone can help me?

dot.tk -> domain -> manaland.tk ->

CNAME Record -> www.manaland.tk (host name) -> my no-ip/wan (address)

do like this other people just type www.manaland.tk can go to my control panel??
