request Lockable BM / Shortcut

can someone make lockable BM / shortcut? and maybe better if to activate it just need right click once.. the normal one need to double click it and sometimes i drag it out make my BM messy

its make my client on korea lang again -.- and still not like my request to make it lockable and right click one =/ .... i extract my grf and then repack it again.. become like that..
