Help: Sacrifice Skill MISS on other Player

Please i need help badly my Servers max lvl is 300 and 300 maxstats.

the skill of paladin SACRIFICE miss to other player how i can change the sacrifice skill ignore the flee rate

i also edit it to skill_db.txt
