lowest_gm_level

I used to have a source edit that I used that I'd like to keep if possible please, and I perceive that there may be others that will need some "conversion".

A snippet of it is:

intif_wis_message_to_gm(from_name, battle_config.lowest_gm_level, message);

Mind you it's been fun so far resolving the issues within a C compiler in Windows 7 via VS 2008 Express Edition, but hey it works. I've no trouble to do the work and learn myself, but I did some digging in the source and came up empty handed. Would there be any takers on this please? Thank you in advance.

I also searched the forums and via google as well. There wasn't much there other than discussion of the new groups and permissions.
