Grr, when I try to diff that client, and run the .exe all it does is open setup.exe. Why the heck is it doing that?

Now it's just using 25% of my PC resources, and not opening anything.. Any ideas?

I started having the exact same problem after I tried updating my data folder and using a newer client. The exe runs but no windows come up if I just click on it, but if I run the exe as an administrator, it does the setup thing. Pressing "ok" on the setup screen only closes and opens up the setup screen again.

You should re-diff, and also make your own topic instead of grave-digging this one.
