treasure chests custom drop error

this is my treasure chest drop with custom, why when i hit the treasure n then drop out the custom item my client would auto crash, wat happen? need the answer urgent

the Custom item is working find right ? i mean you don't have any problems w/ your Custom item. it doesnt error ?

yea, my custom item working fine, i typed @item 19901 and there's no error at all
