STAT BONUSES HELP

When we changed from eAthena to rAthena, players complain their MATK is so low. However, PATK is still alright.

So I did a little computation and what I found out is:

If my STR is 1+6 and I make my Base STR 4, it becomes 4+6.

4+6 = 10. 10 divided by 5 = 2 Bonus Patk.

14+6 = 20. 20 divided by 5 = 4 Bonus Patk.

24+6 = 30. 30 divided by 5 = 6 Bonus Patk.

All in all I have 12 Bonus Patk. In short, every 10 STR and you divide it by 5, you'll get "x" Bonus Patk. But here's what happens in INT.

4+6 = 10. 10 divided by 5 = 2 Bonus Matk.

14+6 = 20. 20 divided by 5 = 2 Bonus Matk. (should be 4)

24+6 = 30. 30 divided by 5 = 2 Bonus Matk. (should be 6)

So all in all I only have 6 Bonus Matk. Which is why Matk is really low and my players complain about it.

Can anyone assist me how and where to change this calculation? Thank you!
