If you put your custom items in the item_db2 and mob_db2 tables, these will NOT be overwritten.

ONLY re-import the new item_db.sql and mob_db.sql Just import the new item_db.sql (the same way as when you setup rAthena) and it will overwrite the old data. If you put your custom items in the item_db2 and mob_db2 tables, these will NOT be overwritten.
