If after 2 days you get that error, it would mean that there are more than 2 million { items on ground, land skills on ground, chatrooms } at the same time. I find that highly unlikely, so it could be that something is not being removed as it should be, over and over again, continously taking up room until there are no free slots left.

It should be fixed on rAthena though.
