[Flux-CP Addon CMS] Problem with language characteres!

My Flux-CP CMS doesn't work with characters like: úíóéáçñ, etc. Instead of the accent characters, I get a bunch of "???".

For exemple, when I change:

addons/content_management/lang/en_us

'NewsHomeTitle' => 'News & Updates',

to this:

addons/content_management/lang/en_us

'NewsHomeTitle' => 'Notícias e Atualizações',

It appears like this:

Change the encoding format to UTF8

I tried that, but didn't work. As the problem was only on the "News and Updates" for me (as it's the only CMS page title the normal users will view), I edited it using html prefixes for letter accents. This is the list I used:
