The Server Advertisement -> Rejected Server Advertisement section is marked as not read:

But this section is empty:

I think that's just how IPB shows forums with unread topics (even if they are topics you don't have permission to view).

If you see an empty forum, that means none of your Server Advertisement topics were rejected.
