Does renewal FLEE and HIT work?

I'm lvl 18 on my server and I have 210 HIT and 156 FLEE.

Im fighting a spore which is also lvl 18 and needs 43 HIT for 100% and 105 FLEE for 95%.

But the strangest things is that i keep taking 3 hits every spore i fight, and i keep missing them.

This cant be right if i have 95% evade and 100% hit on them... how do i noe if the renewal flee and hit rates are actually working?

i have the same problem to... i used to test mine: thief lvl 20, dex 40 and i keep missing on planktons!
