conflict with mapflag pvp and pkmode

When I active the PK (misc.conf) and I set battleground flag to some map, it appears some warnings into map-server, look:

[Warning]: npc_parse_mapflag: You can't set PvP and BattleGround flags for the same map! Removing PvP flag from bossnia_01 (file 'npc/custom/faction_war.txt', line '352').
