[Resolved] How to ad the Custom Items

Ive done the idnum2itemdesctable, idnum2itemdisplaynametable, idnum2itemresnametable,item_db2,num2itemdesctable, num2itemdisplaynametable, num2itemresnametable, itemslotcounttable. Now i need the next step. I searched the net and in eathena but i dont really get it. How do you make the graphics. what's the size of the pic and etc. how do you know the sprites. Help
