Assuming it's a new installation, drop your cp_* tables and try again.

If you dropped your cp_ tables it should work. And won't have this error.

Message: Critical MySQL error in Installer/Updater: Table 'cp_banlog' already exists

try to drop cp_ tables in your database and clear data/tmp/ in your fluxcp folder

Make sure you clicking the install or update everything button up top and not the button down below.
