[SOLVED] /nm /nm2 Enabled by default, how to disable?

So I have the server up and running, I have my installer package, and my players use Miruku to download kRO.

Install Miruku, install my server files, players begin with /nm2 and /nm enabled. Meaning they cannot see other peoples chat in the chat box, only above their heads.

It is Very Bad for new players to start with such an annoying setting, unless I am there to baby-sit each player as they first log in, they might become discouraged and leave. Can anyone here assist me with this issue? I would be very grateful.

thought it was the other way around, if i had /nm[ON] everyone can see, anyway, i think the only way around is to probably make a patch with the optionlua file already made out to the right settings.
