Eye of Hellion

So, I'm getting kind of frustrated, as I have no idea what's going on with this quest.

As I've seen in brAthena, eA Mod, rAthena, 3CeaM and even eAthena, all of the Eye of Hellion quests look exactly the same, but when you get to the point of speaking to yourself on the bottom right hand corner of Prontera, the NPC script function freezes when it tries to call on the input function.

The only thing I can assume is that there's something wrong with the function itself, and if so, I've never had to directly deal with editing script commands. Any suggestions on where or how I would go about checking that?

Could you post the script you're currently using? and also what's the name of the NPC that you have to speak with?

If it's an official script, you should file a bug report so it can be applied to everyone.

I don't know what's the problem, I just tested it and it worked JUST fine ^^;

Yeah, it works fine for other's as well, which is why I asked if anyone knew where to find the script command file. :

I used this to test, maybe you should try it too:

prontera,50,68,4    script    eyehelion    735,{

dispbottom HELLIONQ;
   input .@hell;

set HELLIONQ,.@hell;

dispbottom HELLIONQ;
close;

}

You can add it in the same script file.

Unfortunately, that didn't do anything. :

I can't seem to fathom why it's working for people I've asked to test it, and not here. I know the input function is working, 'cause it's working for other quests.

Uhm...far fetched solution but try deleting the file you have and downloading a new one from the SVN?
