Triangle Shot Stuck at Level 1 When Stalker is Soul Linked

Hi, I need help with the Triangle Shot skill for Stalkers when they are Soul Linked (SL_ROGUE).

• Right now, Triangle Shot appears when Soul Linked, which is correct.

• The problem is, it only appears at Level 1, even though I want it to be Level 10 while the Soul Link is active.

How can I make sure that Triangle Shot is granted at Level 10 when a Stalker is Soul Linked?

Any help would be appreciated! Thank you!
