Garment Wings No Animation

Hi, anyone knows why my garment wings is not making its animation? It's supposed to be changing colors and moving its wings like up and down a little bit.


What I have done so far:
Put it in spriterobename.lub / spriterobeid.lub / iteminfo.lub / item_db_costume
