how to adjust exp table in a 255 max lvl server

i got some trouble when my chars reach lvl 99,i can't go further all the mobs gives too low experience, how  i can solve this? 
adjusting the base exp the mobs give? or adjust the exp table?

help plz

Firstly, you need to know if your server is configured for which level.

 

After changing it however you see fit.
