I have questions about skill TF_DOUBLE, how to increase damage TF_DOUBLE on item script i write script "bonus2 bSkillAtk,"TF_DOUBLE",15;" not works.

That's a passive skill and it gives the chance to inflict two hits instead of one.
TF_DOUBLE = Double Attack

if you mean to increase Double Strafe that is AC_DOUBLE.
