Hello. I've been trying to change the cooldown time of some instances, like Sky Fortress Invasion, but to no avail. I also found out Vicious Weapons in my server don't have any random options, I really don't know why. I also want to create an NPC to skip all the quests up to 17.1 so I can do every instance before ep17, but I can't. I've searched a lot of places but I couldn't find anything. Please help, thanks!
