[solved] Unblock Player from Adventure Agency

I blocked a player in the Adventure Agency, and now I can't figure out how to unblock them.
Tried remaking the group and checking the database, but no luck. It's affecting all their characters on the same account, they're all blocked.
Any quick fixes or tips?

solved, both accounts have to relog
