2022 04 06 client, server is up and running. Myself and others can connect just fine, all working well

One specific player cannot connect! We've done all the basic firewall troubleshooting, I've made sure it's not an issue on the hosting end. Had them try to install on someone else's PC in their home (windows 10) and then they **could connect** .

So it seems like something in their laptop is the issue but I can't figure out what. She's on windows 11.

When I or others connect to the server the client takes us to the service select window, then the log in screen. The person who cannot connect is using the exact same files but is never given the service select option before log in. It takes them to a "do you agree" license window and then immediately our log in screen. As if it's not reading the clientinfo.xml for service select?  They're using the exact same folder as everyone, and I've had them try fresh install several times as well as turning off all anti virus and fire wall. Still no dice.

To note, I think it's related to the fact they they get no option to pick the server in service select before the log in window. Terminal doesn't even show their log in attempt! Running out of ideas and massively appreciate any help!

Update! I've discovered it's a Windows 11 problem, for whatever reason. The exact same client and folder works fine on 10, and then refuses to connect only on 11 (with compatibility mode doing nothing). I'm not sure how I'd fix this, but hey
