hateffect visible when character using skill hide/cloaking

Question

how to fix hateffect being visible when character using skill hide/cloaking?
but some of them are fine

for example HAT_EF_DOUBLEGUMGANG is visible when using cloaking

but HAT_EF_Blessing_Of_Angels is just fine, its not visible when cloaking

please help thx
