PRE-RE - MO_FINGEROFFENSIVE always misses + Spirit Sphere requirements wrong ?

I have this weird situation with Finger Offensive, where it always misses no matter what.
Map Server spits out :

What files do I need to check? Any pointers?
I haven't done anything to the skill yet, so "technically", my changes so far shouldn't have broken it. . . right?

Also, isn't Finger Offensive on PRE-RE supposed to hit only as many times as you have spirit spheres left ?
That's at least what I can remember, haven't played Monk Class in a LONG time ^^''
Even with 1 Sphere left, it "hits" 5 times.

Are you using a clean and updated files? if not try to backtrack your changes and modifications perhaps it ruined it.
