Does anyone know how to force specific loading screen with a NPC?

Finally someone with the same issue. Since the last update I also have been experiencing invisible and slow loading NPC And textures aswell as dark/black characters. Also I have domě weird sound stutters. Sometimes dialogues is delayed and mixed together. IT IS very ruining my immersion And I am beginning to feel desperate. Nobody seems to experience it, only me And no one has a solution
